• The bedroom is roughly 12 ft x 11 ft., with a big window and a large closet
• Rent, including cable, high-speed internet access and utilities would be $775/month. It is in a 3-bedroom semi-detached house on the east Danforth

4 minute walk from Greenwood TTC station

Street parking by city permit

By car/bike, we're 2 minutes from the main part of the Danforth, and 10 minutes from the Beaches.

2 washrooms, laundry facilities, big kitchen, dishwasher, and a large south-facing patio

Living room & dining room on the ground floor and TV room in the basement.

Behind the garden is a reasonably sized shed for storage.
